Our children will inherit a battered, emaciated, bruised and bleeding world.
The horizon will be a scar, marking the hour of the imminent doom, a specter of an old blue splendor.
The sun will be gone elsewhere and who will remain will be a legend.

Un'immagine pregnante,altamente evocativa ("La strada" di Cornac McCarthy contiene questo tipo di spazi devastati) - la tua definizione, "Cicatrice",rende metaforicamente l'idea di un mondo/limbo dove la linea d'orizzonte è tumefatta dalla nuvolaglia di gas radiattivi,dall'irrespirabilità dell'aria,dalle tempeste elettriche e dalle metamorfosi animali:l'uomo sarà già un ricordo,dacchè la sua sparizione già annunciata:)) -quello che stiamo solertemente preparando per i nostri figli è sinistro e mi inquieta parecchio:)))Questo lavoro(di un lirismo oscuro)ha la consistenza di un monito e la bellezza di un canto - Complimenti!
