In this painting Nandita Kumar has explored the various topics that such as love, beauty,sexuality, spirituality where all opposites coming together . Taking these basic but pertinent emotions, she has expressed in this surreal poetic depiction the harmony of universal love which is a journey of unlearning of fear and prejudices, progressing past fragmentation and the acceptance all dualities and leading to the birth of a true individuated conscious. It is within this body of blood, flesh and bones lives the formless; in the visible lives the invisible.
The techniques vary according to the ideas being translated resulting in a mélange, which vary from hand drawn, paint on film, collage, photography, found Images and finally composited in a digital format.
