Biography
A resident of a border town and a cross-border worker, an existentialist at heart. Deeply involved in the topic of immigration to the point of actively participating in the tragedy of the African migrants in Europe, I investigate the concepts of border vs. individual/collective identity, so emphasizing what makes people equal as human beings. The Moving away from bi-dimensional pictorial representation through the use of all possible artistic means increasingly stands out in my work - art as a true experience capable of generating intense reflection.
This is why video, painting, sound, photography, performance are for me different means of expression and languages that are used to cancel out the borders in my field of research.
