Smurfs sing merrily making circle, surrounded by blue birds and bunnies hopping. Suddenly a threat descends upon them.
But this time it's not the evil Gargamel: many bombs are dropped from the sky to destroy the village of Puffolandia and decimate the little blue creatures.
The images are impressive, especially for children: "Baby Smurf" onesie with tears and sobbing desperately corpses from the rubble, the dead body lying in the ground Smurfette, with one shoe on fire and destroyed houses.
It is the latest installment of the famous cartoon, but a spot with which UNICEF Belgium has advertised his campaign "Laissez les enfants en paix" to raise public awareness on the plight of children in war zones.
Posters donated by UNICEF Belgium at yhe Roberta Smedili Association for the realization of the fourth edition of “ Il sorriso di Roberta per l’UNICEF - Progetto Ricostruire l’infanzia" to be held in Milazzo (ME) 25 to 28 May 2012.
