Single sculpture: cm 9 x 9 x 60(variable)
Installation of the 25 sculptures: cm 145 x 145 x 60(variable)
Twenty-five sculptures by metal and white cement are positioned on a square space to the centre of the room. The sculptures are distant between them some cm. but are connected with an unique cotton red thread that through the metal, creating a spider web efect and simulating contacts between the sculptures.
In an overpopulated and underfed world, the earth overshoot day is back of several years, the sovereign states don’t be able to take political decisions and to govern. The capitalist structure imposes rules and conditions all in direction and in favor of the multinationals that control the planet. The human being, struggling with overpopulation and underfed, is forced to respect every type of rules imposed by the companies.
The battle, one time indicated as a fght between two opposite factions, now is going between the same factions; it is used, on the contrary, to eliminate physically employees to dismiss. Twenty-fve employees of an important multinational are called to the battle, all versus all.
The last that will stay alive, he’ll win the prize and he’ll maintain the job. Who will lose, will be dismissed (but in every case he will be already died).
