The work focuses on the concepts of self-fruition, consumption, ephemerality and re-signification, making a parallel with the charge iconological the object, its significant its tasks and concepts, reflecting on the urban environment, with reference to the concept of "no place", exploring the idea of the use, access, and saturation of the urban public ownership.
Offering a critical analysis of the consumer cycle of life and natural resources, a drain that is self-consumed, an individual self-consumed by the need to consume and a work of art designed where the focus is the process that leads to their transformation and its end, are converging elements that enhance the understanding that everything runs out, most often in itself.
The work is the production of various drains, produced with ice, having enlarged dimensions (10cm high x 100cm in length and depth) to be exposed on the floor in public spaces large movement of people.
The project was designed based on the belief that urban transformation begins and ends in individual, so the work aims to educate the public about the need for a fresh look at the cities and that some actions or postures always return, which is why the city should be seen as a living element that needs care and adaptations, for not self-devouring.
