Exposing Your Inner Child

We all paint to express our inner self, our inner child in essence. As artists, we are couraeously exposing our inner child with every artwork we create!
I decided to celebrate what artists do everyday in a piece of art!

The view is of a woman's back painted in bluish, copper tones with arms outstretched towards the upper part of the piece. The piece is slightly dark, to express that fact that we are coming in out of the shadows to express ourselves to the world at large. The background is a swirling mass of bluish forms and lines giving the feeling of movement. This circular canvas is mounted on a black backboard and framed to give a slight shadowbox effect.
