Bruno. Bruno is one as there are many. Bruno is equal to so many.
The same dress, same hair and same way of seeing the world. Yet, each child Bruno had a his own, he would not have traded or loaned to any one of the most precious things in the world, because that was his. His best friend, the one with whom he shared words, secrets, adventures, pampering and furious quarrels. He who has seen his tears, sobs, and the smiles that accompanied him down the dreams in the dark of night, until morning.
Then comes the time to say goodbye, a time when you must become larger and even Bruno would give you so many things, but knows he must inevitably go into the dark space of memories.
This is a small tribute to all the dolls that are left in the heart of each one of us.
Dolls ugly, dirty and poor, young "criminals" put on the wall and immortalized in what remains of past glories.
The work is part of a larger project, nearing completion, including a collection of images created in the style of police records, the age of technology, the image of the mug shot has evolved over older "carte de visite "of the photograph cabinets, while the need to identify those with characteristics of the tablets, has been replaced by systems for the protection of encrypted personal data, such as the QR code.
