Vn popolo in declino

The famous inscription at the top of the Square Colosseum façades "A nation of poets, of artists, of heroes, of saints, of thinkers, of scientists, of sailors, of transmigrants" sounds incomplete by now.
We are "vn popolo in declino" (a people in decline), and this building that "represents" the Civilization is measuring its deterioration level.
