CATASTROPHE, PROBABILITY AND FORMS OF CONTEMPORARY

The installation consists of five elements: two and three interactive video sculptures.

The two sculptures are two representations of two of the seven mathematical curves of catastrophe theory of Rene Thom (or Theory of Morphogenesis of the form), which stands for CHANGE CATASTOFE / SINGULARITY '/ CHANGE OF DIRECTION / NAVEL CATASROFICO.
Mathematical theory which summarizes seven navels catastrophic origin of all forms - from the big well-forwards - this theory has been applied to all disciplines, from science to philosophy, sociology, etc., to human behaviors.
