'Installative' sculpture. This piece is a departure from the figure as such, but is still a suggestion of the figure. Feathers, Fur, Veins, Scales, is a timber ‘installative’ sculpture that comprises 4 main pieces, that sit directly on the floor, drawing a slight curve, which is a suggestion given by the very own wood used to make the sculpture. Around the 4 pieces I placed some wood cuts, some round, some semicircle. The principal 4 pieces are carved and painted, then carved again in order to draw on the surface. The wood cuts are positioned in order to complete the installation.
