Installation, Political / Social, Various materials, 300x300x500cm
At Auschwitz I saw, I saw in the dungeon of death, Block 11, the cells of rigor, crevices, cramped, where the prisoners were crammed, piled, crushed, forced, ... deprived ......... of movement, light, movement, dignity, fantasy, dignity, memory, dignity, breath, hunger, breath, thirst, breath, sleep, breath. Capable only of their pain, victims of oblivion, of men who no longer knew they were, I see them still, forced only now in the memory of those who have the will, pride and sincerity to remember.

Time has not canceled this impression, but how can we remember what has not been tried?

In a space as wide as possible a multitude of nylon strips, colorless, opaque, from ceiling to floor constitute the environment within which is concealed a crate, heavy and narrow, closed on three sides and equipped with a ceiling. Those who wish can observe the environment or can immergervisi, follow it, feel, touch an unnatural, cold lightness, reach the box, enter, with difficulty, physically, psychologically forced, in a condition of distance from the visible.

The time, inside, the installation, forced, in the box, will be directly proportional to the suffering experienced?

Installation dimensions: 5m x 2m (minimum size). Height subordinated to the environment but preferably at least 3 m with the necessary possibility to stretch cables to hang the nylon strips.
Casing dimensions: must be able to contain 1 person huddled.
