Because I love you

The paintings “The Sea in Chains” have been inspired by the dance “Il Mare in Catene” (choreographer Francesco Ventriglia, produced by the Cultural Association Eliopali for the Venice Biennial 2007). I immediately felt akin to its themes since my artistic research has consistently dealt with the difficulty encountered by those who live experiences which break or threaten social rules and norms. The dancers represented are Stefania Ballone, Lara Montanaro, Christian Fagetti, Francesco Ricci and Francesco Ventriglia.
