Attention: Forget-me-nots
From te series of Attention
This work as rest of my practice explores human and nature relationship by hinting at consumer lifestyle as a probable reason of human alienation from nature.
Growing separateness from nature and dominating consumer lifestyle results in increasing length of time being spent in constructed, artificial spaces controled by surveilance cameras like shopping malls and waiting halls in airports defined as non-places, which are real measure of our time and opposed to places have no identity, relations and history.
The work examines the possibilities of nature in the form of plants taking over in the end.
