Start School Soldier
In many European countries it is custom,to give the school beginners a bag full of sweets on their first school day.
The face of the boy is blurred
- just a distorted mouth gives us puzzling.
His cap looks like a helmet.
One might almost believe that the boy is carrying a war weapon in his arms.
The poor landscape still supports this gloomy scene.
My picture would like to give food for thought about children who live in war scenes and I want to show the everyday life of those children - maybe of a little child soldier.
Or is it a school boy with his proud mother in the background?
