Boundaries are not contained by things

This work analyses the concept of boundaries by choosing more or less obviously important neighbouring places, on the Tyrrhenian coast. The borders of two managerial entities are selected to differentiate between two types of bathing establishment, two local government districts, two provinces, two regions and, lastly, the border between two countries, France and Italy. Through the representation of political and managerial borders, the connective thread between human identity and territory and personal experience emerges.
