My artwork is inspired by fairytales and dreams. They are the intuitive response to my own childhood experiences. Through creating art, I seek to understand my place in the word, and to forge my own identity. Untitled #011 is from a series of work inspired to explore the capacity of disney culture and its influence in my own childhood.

Fairytales and dreams often deliver us warnings. In this instance it enables us to question what death symbolizes and the destiny of the child's role as the protagonist in this particular story.
