To unicorns

I recycle current images published from any media.
I like showing the process of recycling itself and the contrast of the assembly.
These images are assembled and worked with computer image program.
They are printed and transformed several times.
Then they are painted and acquire, thanks to the classic oil paint medium, an importance which they did not still have before.
The technique is voluntarily classical thus rather and applied soberly. Basic colors are bluish, neutral and dark. Then there also are introduced the contrasts of colors or forms.
My favorite subject is the woman and its phantasmagorical world.
It is about emotional expression bound to my own experiences(experiments).
The collage images bring the spectator outside the representational imaging, farther, and in a subliminal way, involve him such a mirror with its references and its own codes.
The body is represented sexual. The woman is vulnerable because forsaken, seductive and adorned with symbols. Every figure wears a mask which underlines the ambigüité of the character and transports in a poetic, romantic world about is the register (sex and mixed) poetry can send more towards one or another.
The woman is complete, at the same time sweet and sexually involved.
She is such a whole, a woman, a nature, a cosmos .
The context is outside the scope.
