Ex-voto

Ex-voto is a series of photographs inspired by the paintings exhibited in votive galleries I've visited over time. My intention was to "paint" as their painter, with the same objective interest, with the same tenderness. The laughter of human beings, their crying, fear, games, suffering, fear of death and the relief and gratitude for having escaped.
