”Neo Lithic” is a sculpture series that ponders the eternal question of time and human evolution.
Academia perpetuates the notion that humans have evolved in a linear way, from prehistoric apes to modern technologically advanced Homo Sapiens. Though we are baffled at the unexplainable engineering of megalithic stone structures left behind by ancient civilizations.
Neo Lithic, meaning New Stone, is a synthesis of our inaptitude as a society to remove the veil of dogma, formed by academic taboos in regards to our history, ancient or modern.
