Of horses, beds and trestles The artist's eye sees what others do not see. Installation, organized on the occasion of the seventh edition of dell'Etnofestival Buonalbergo, Michele Spina started with 2 old metal nets for beds. Applying, then, the heads and encode wooden and lifting networks in an oblique position, achieved easels. The word hope, repeated several times in bright colors on wooden parts, refer simultaneously to the horse and hope. For the outdoor setting, Spina has chosen to place a tripod on a rock, in a parody of the rhetoric of the monuments, and another easel between bales of hay simulating a stable, ironically alluding to Kounellis. The end result is subtly provocative, which aims to remove and replace the concept of making art, like a toy.
