A series of 25 doubleportraits of myself with fictional siblings.
I approached people in the streets, selected upon physical resemblances to myself, and asked them whether they were willing to pose with me as if we were siblings. We then made a photograph of us together in their personal surroundings. With this construction 'MyFamily' refers to the development of social media and the way it (visually) changes strangers into close friends.
'MyFamily' is questioning the status of intimacy and the role of constructing identity and social context in these times.
