Sogni (Dreams)

Working in sawing can be another way of painting , sort of speak because I cut pieces of different materials in a generic shape, than along the process I give the definitive shape, in this sense I give to it the sense I would have given with the brush.In this painting, I wanted to give life to different kind of dreams I have at heart.
My inspiration has been taken from my passion in diving.
I materialized different dreams. One is the wish to be able to maintain the little child in me, always ALIVE, no matter what happens in life and no matter the age I am reaching, therefore I see myself as a Mermaid without real definition. The denounce of global warming, my dream is to keep the sea in better conditions, so that we can see more and more species in it, instead of make the sea more and more poor, and this is symbolised with only species of fish. Than, last but not least, to be able to never let go the dreams we have, whatever they are realized or not, if not we will always be able to do so.
