This is a silkscreen painting. I see my work as paintings. I have printed so many layers and different colors just like paintings. I made about 40 different images and printed over 100 times.
Many of Japanese people don't believe in religion but many of them have something they believe. For example, in business thinking or animation or pop idol or anything. I think these things work instead of religion for them.
What they believe is different so when they gather in group, like in the political way, these different ideas and belief forms and merge into one big figure which is like ghost that nobody sees or understand.
I am trying to visualize this ghost like image.
