Retrato de familia en la selva de Diana (Family portrait in Diana’s forest)

My family spends every summer in the house by the sea. Time passed slowly between animated conversations, food, laughter, games, bathroom, sea and sun. The day of the portrait had bought new plants for the garden. When you get put on the kitchen table, we began joking and play to imagine that we were explorers in the jungle… Diana was the first to shoot the camera, laughing we went photographing each other. Some time later I used the images to make photomontages in homage to my family and those summers that they will not return because my father and my dog are not longer.

Retrato de familia en la selva de Diana (Family portrait in Diana’s forest) is an instalation composed of 7 photomontages (100 x 40 x 3 cm each one) and a dog chain.
