Today in 2014, our whole life is " superdocumented " and performed more than one selfie and social networks. Each of our time is shown on Fb and Twitter, moment by moment . But is this really portray a person?
I think the actual photograph is that of life and memory , as in a sort of family album. And the reason is simple: behind them there is a real desire and intimate , a love that makes you want to stop a moment of life and preserve it. The pictures, the portraits of our fathers and our grandfathers we soften the silver frames on the old drawers and boxes where they were placed jealously. They are imbued with the time that has elapsed, have been consumed by the looks , caresses , and sometimes tears.
I have therefore chosen to portray a person describing it through his images, the images that are part of it and make it the person who is. A journey into the life of the person portrayed, through his photographs, the ones she kept and preserved over the years, and I have chosen and then re- photographed. A path in PhotoMemories of the subject , together with his stories, real AudioMemories, immersing himself completely in those images, in those moments, enough to get to live them and lived them with her.
Thus creating a photographic portrait of a person through his own images. The project will develop a long-term Fotoricordi and creating the portrait of the people involved in the project. This is the portrait of Mrs Patrizia
