Conversions with myself. In my beginning is my end.

In order to fully express myself I need to use different supports for my artwork: painting, video, photography, sculpture and installations. I am constantly experimenting with new materials, and that incessant experimentation is key to my work because it opens me to new possibilities. The use of different means and different materials, which communicate with each other about the same idea, lead me to create a more stimulating and challenging language. What is more, it gives me a broader view on things, pushing me to communicate a same idea through different instruments.
I am interested in the intimate which is also universal, in the unity of all things, in the small and the large, in the duality that exists in everything, in life and its many cycles: death, renewal. I am always asking myself the same basic questions and I try to understand the journey of life and all the mysteries of existence through my art.
