Interference

Interference

In the series of shots called "Interference" the body is deconstructed as a surface for projections.
In contrast with the majority of images that fill magazines and social networks, these photographs are untouched by the magic tool of our times - Photoshop!
Subjects are transformed inside the camera at the very moment that the photo is taken.
Intense colours are imprinted on the outlines of the body and especially on the faces of the chosen subjects.
The deconstruction process is pushed to the boundaries of abstraction, almost to the point of dissolving the subject in shades of colour or into a stark black/white contrast.
So what is actually left of the body, so important in these times of ours?
