Sphynx #2

Sphynx #2

Cats are often seen as smart animals; though we use to take their eyes and their gaze as a sign of that intelligence. Naked cats do give us a different point of view about felines: under their fuzzy hair something is hiding; expressivity, nervous tension that make us discover their real, human-like face. Everithing is going to be upside down: cats gaze us with curiosity mixed with severity that nearly scare the observer, used to look at them with lovely eyes.
The piece is painted in mixed media (oil pastels, oil painting and acrylics, crayons and pencils)
