Photographing means capturing an unique and unrepeatable moment That becomes part of the history of peoples, of society, of the family. We are what we are because synthesis of a path traced by those who preceded us. My grandmother Paolina, 88 years old, shows through her body authentic trace of her origin, her father Mario and her words evoke moments of life spent almost to admonish that "the future is behind us," and in this self-giving seems to require a full memory.

Il colore della foto rappresenta la contemporaneità della narrazione e il bianconero della "foto nella foto" l'evanescenza del ricordo...
Mi fa piacere che parli della composizione in quanto curata sulla linea dei terzi e la posizione quadro-mani-braccia forma un triangolo che ricopre anche ruolo simbolico nella performance foto-narrativa.
le generazioni sono appese anche come ' monili' o ' amuleti a memoria al collo della signora... che meriterebbe scatti a parte.,. in tutto si vedono quattro fotografie compresa questa per noi osservatori. auspico non essere stata pedante.
