Ritratto di un interno

Evidences of a creation. These acrylics on wooden board of the “RITRATTO DI UN INTERNO” series are witnesses of this. My obsessive survey on a new subject, anonymous backstairs, does not remain faceless. The sketches investigate on colors and basic elements, the alphabet spoken by this non-site, seen from different perspectives. With this work I’m looking for the essence of the vision that needs to be translated in pictorial image but demand to be known, examinated, internalized before being crystallized. I tried to free iperrealism from the burden of being considered a mere tecnique and to make it support for the conceptual act of the artistic creation.
