The new You: Chipped and Numbered

The new You: Chipped and Numbered

This image is the about absolute control of the citizens of the world, where each individual receives a chip implant through which people are being monitored. Random images can be brought up on TV screens, digital billboards, smart phones ... anywhere where there is a receiver a person's image can appear with all their data and whereabouts. And yet you are totally anonymous to anyone who watches you ... anonymous even to yourself.
Big brother is watching you, indeed!
But who is Big Brother?

A world in which you have no name and personal identity, accept a randomly chosen number
A world in which your freedom gets removed bit by bit
A world where your identity gets removed with every step you take
A world that is no longer yours, where you have no dreams and have no say
A world in which you can't survive but are enslaved like a slaughter-house animal ... killed by a push of a button
A world in which you do not want to be a citizen of anymore
A world ruled by ideals, filled with greed by Big Brothers who are just as faceless; unknown to you
A world.

I like it, Nicci. But I'm biased because this is one of my topics, too. And hey - you accused me of being philosophical! ;-). Again. I like it. Important topic. It appeals to me when art picks up concrete contemporary issues.
