This is an Installation with 10 painted kentia palms framed inside a hang wood frame.
The disposition of the palms are in three levels helped with boxes of different sizes.
The palms are real and painted with an special spray specific for plants and flowers, so they stay alive if they are located in a suitable interior place with small light and water.
My last works is based on the jungles of Borneo. I create new jungles in different media; paintings, installations and small pieces combining different materials in order to open a dialogue in my painting works.
With this piece I finally find the way to recreate new ways to create my own and particular jungle as a scenary to invite people and approach nature to our ordinary live.
