Evidence of advancement (as a crime)
Objects on a surface laid out as evidence to the scene of a crime. The advancement of technology. An equation of symbols. From a political/social power figure, to a tin can connected to other cans with string, to aerials that pick up radio waves, to wireless technology.
The objects are laid out in a similar manner as objects found at the scene of a crime. Perhaps, technological advancement also signifies the advancement of crime in the name of technology. Crimes, that over time and repetition, change the morals of our society.

Is it a crime to change how we perceive reality?

The objects are laid out like a mathematical equation. Certain objects and combinations with other objects, are symbolic of a formula used to achieve a specific goal. The goal of power
Technology is power. The power to move with the least resistance. The more we agree, the faster we accept.(basis of marketing) Repetitive imagery/concepts superimpose themselves over existing ones and what was once rejected can become the norm. To show this, I have used the face of Silvio Berlusconi, who I have used as the symbol of power(political and social power). The mind-set that revolves around the life style of this person, creates the ideal world where power gets you what you want. The desire and the fulfilment of desire by means of the least resistance. The self-made man/individual achieving his goals regardless.
