Piccola antologia notturna

The subject imagined, deeply necessary today, is the dream. The idea of collecting dreams rises from the desire to pin on the fabric a tiny trace of that mysterious activity that everyone produces. The dream, like art, is an atypical place and revolutionary, rejects rules and classifications.
To achieve Dream collection I released a white cotton pillowcase to many children and they were supposed to sleep on; lately, these children have written directly on the fabric, the date of delivery and removal of the pillow and their own name. The sleep of every child remained attached on the individual pieces of cotton. The cover after the sleep has not been washed. A sort of pillow film, magnetic tape, copy paper, diary in which texture was caught sleeping and dreaming.
I scaled the pillows into small bundles and I extract the air to maintain the dream. The dreams assembled together form a wall. This structure called Dream collection seems ironically like a great display/distributor of vacuum dreams, knowing that the product is insensitive to any commercialization.
