"Isle of Dogs" is an sensoral assault made of sub-standard, mass produced aesthetics and aural playfulness multiplied to a painful apogee. Both annoying to look at and to listen to, the work also encourages compulsions to jump up & down or roll about. Each dog toy has been inexplicably designed by a human for use by a dog. Each squeaky mould sits on the bleeding edge of mass produced design, with an aesthetic dually employed for dog and human resulting in objects suitable for neither and both.
