FLUXI
The project aims to investigate the inner stream of consciousness, using installation and sculpture as fusion and metamorphosis, carpet as a lacerated “veil of Maya” and photography as rising truth.
The works are four and its accompany the viewer into a dreamlike journey from suffering to transcendence.
"Reli-aquarium" aims to celebrate the journey between mental and physical places. Here land and water meet in their natural sacredness and they transcend themselves in relics. In the red pigment and in the reference to the Holy Shroud, Life triumphs over Death.
"Viriditas" is the essence of green color, a conceptual pigment symbol of the overflowing life that runs through the Nature. As the sap flows animating living beings, so the stone comes to life. The pond and its organisms represent the metamorphosis cycle as a resurrection spring.
"Nidus Aquae" is a return to the liquid where we were born and which we are made of. It’s being born a second time in the flow of our pure and transparent essence, without any "simulacrum" and any shell of illusion.
"Map" is a universal map, a journey through the inner continents to know ourself and find new meanings. Sculptures, images and carpets merge together and draw spiritual maps, through our archetypes and our metamorphosis.
