La Fontana dei Profumi

In urban areas the population is exposed to air pollutants, particularly harmful to health. The road traffic is the main responsible for being the cause of 36% of the emissions. The work confronts this problem by promoting an ecological message related to clean air and this particular source of pollution. What you see, under construction, is a "machine for perfume the city" is made up of old mufflers (partly emptied) that are twisted to form a box of approximate dimensions: 150x300x210 cm. A pair of fans, placed inside the inlet tubes (those usually used for cooling the computer) will allow, with little consumption (being fuelled electrically by a battery for cellular phones), a movement aimed that, passing from a small tank containing fragrant essences, it continues on a main pipe with funnel, where the perfume will be perceived. Even the essential oil is subject to a specific search.
