Labyrinth
Skin is a surface, a surface of contact where one can be lost, or stuck.
By associating the reproduction of a labyrinth with the image of the navel, the centre of all obsessions and life, I emphasize the connection between sensorial perception and deep perception, between the logical inspiration inspiring the philosophy and design of labyrinths and the purely instinctual, often reactive and always irrational nature of physical discernment
