Model of an 10m high Gallery - Object with turnable mirrors/pictures

This is the model of an 10m minimum height "Gallery", the true, realized one will be mobile too, posed in open space, anywhere, with 3 slowly turning, 2-sided image areas, one side Picture (may be led), one side mirror, turned by wind, solar or by visitors. I would like to implement it, I'm looking for sponsors. The real big object could produce energy (when turned by visitors).
