This facility is extremely interesting, not only for its aesthetic beauty but by the social sense ; recovery of public space in Caracas , a city that has been taken by insecurity and vandalism.
A recreational facility in a iconic square in the center of Caracas, will be an important collaboration for peace in difficult times.

In the total surface of 12000mt2, the installation cover 1200 m2; 44 mts x 33 mts

This Art installation is a proposed project to reappraise a public space kidnapped and deteriorated long preventing the most appropriate public use. It is a proposal that is universal, in a landmark of the city of Caracas in Venezuela, although it can well be located in any public space of the world where socioeconomic problems transformed the place in an area, depressed, and mistreated.
On the day type metallic balloons, helium would be equidistant and in motion by natural air. In the evening, circular neon lamps placed on the base light space and balloons. In the Center was found a balloon heart representing the heart of the blue planet.
Celeste Prize would be a great support to carry out the installation completely.
