The Artist created a complex structure from Microcrystalline Wax, which was then cast within a plaster block. The wax was melted and removed to reveal intricate cavities within the plaster. The unpredictable process that led to 'Impression' closely represents the Artist’s perception of memory; some elements were filled in by the plaster and forgotten whilst other impressions remained
