Embers / Ashes of Love

Acquaforte printed on Japanese Washi paper.
I started from two emotions, anger and sadness, describing the unfolding of a story between two human beings.
Listening to my emotions, I expressed them with a danced movement, etching marks on the plate with stiletto shoes.
The body feels and expresses its feelings through dance and thanks to the etching, it creates an emotional mapping.
The Washi paper, with its light texture, here becomes expression of human fragility.
