HL 504-4 S 2016

The picture HL 504-4 S 2016 (108x109 Acrylic on wood-panel) is a continuation of MDMM´s cartographic rust work. Using the imagery of site specific counter lines of high alpine mountain ranges and glaciers, the collaborative duo dissects and elongates a section of landscape with the intend to resemble a thread like interwoven structure that reflects a constantly changing image of a measured nature. A new landscape appears within this network of fine glacier-colored relief lines.
