The work is the symbolic transposition of a mental process to signify the importance of what is the outcome of an action, if cultivated and nourished by a careful and profound activity of thought.
The author cited from his text: "If gold is the idea, precious action," written on paper leaves, glued to a dead bonsai, all painted with gold.
The plexiglass teak, wants to accentuate and complete the concept that is meant to express, becoming an integral part, as it wants to recall how good ideas need to be sustained and protected so that their realization leads to just fine and meritorious results.
