BATTLE BOTTLES: 18 FALLIMENTI (2018)

The Battle Bottles serie was born for Fotografia Europea 2018 theme festival: "Where do the revolutions end, since with a pen stroke it's possible to annihilate conquests, sacrifices, sweat, struggles and our fathers blood ?" Through these bottles the artist created a series of installations, luminous objects, analogical photographs and negative digital re-elaborations that seem to come out directly from a dystopian future, despite being the incredible present. These consumed objects appear as archaeological finds in very resistant plastic (for its longevity and danger), able to represent the revolutions destiny through the reuse - in the form of labels - of iconic photographs chosen for their hyper-representativeness between millions of images made available by the web and History cloaca.
