Animali Totem

The totem animal represents our true nature, it connects us to our ancestral roots. They are the spirits that accompany us in everyday life. It can be really useful to discover your totem, so as to learn to understand each other better. For the shamans of the times the animals play an important role because they can often be the guides to rely on during shamanic journeys.
