"Sànghe" three images to tell the figure of Gennaro, martyr, bishop, patron saint to whom entire communities have entrusted their lives over the centuries to protect themselves from the wrath of the volcano.
Gennaro the saint is represented as a blessing body-corpse flying over with his figure an imposing Vesuvius threatening the human community at his feet.
Gennaro and his mystery are represented by the ampoules which contain the secret of the miracle of liquefaction, symbols of martyrdom, and his faith.
Gennaro's face...simply a man.
