The artist leads us to reflect on the transience of man.

The image of a human face is mirrored in itself, where he projects his own reality, but what he perceives is the Nothing. Therefore man is unable to look at himself, to recognize himself, to see himself, to learn self-awareness.

the movement of water accentuates the process of transience; man, by fixing the motion of flows, relates to a dynamic process that is visible but always changing.

Here it is the very concept of visibility that is being questioned.

Man belongs to a world that is illusory, deceptive: what we live is only a luminous impression, a moment, a breath, Nothing.
