Marzo 2022 (montagna siciliana, la pace qui vicino)
In March 2022, the artist, crossing the places of the interior and the Sicilian mountain, conceives a series of landscape photography shots, thinking of places of peace, which make us read in images, the universal idea of rhythm among humans, among them, animal life, plant life and stones.
The series of landscape shots carries within it that margin of “absence”, of neutrality, which the tension between beauty and evil, in its continuous process, naturally contains. The artist, in the complexity of his work thus tries to obtain a result from the inexhaustible variation of grain, color, brightness, in the gap between the concept of interiority of places and their constant mutability.
And still looking with his own photographic vision, he stages, as in an assembly of himself, an assembly, a film strip, a real choice of visual vision of the visual field. A new area of peace, compared to the deafening mass of daily images, which tend to engulf every sign of hope towards new scenarios.
